CCFC is looking for an Associate Pastor

Thank you for your interest in the Associate Pastor position at Cambridge Community Fellowship Church (CCFC), located in the Central Square neighborhood of Cambridge, Massachusetts. We are a multiethnic church looking for a leader to continue our tradition of strong evangelical teaching and urban ministry. Our ideal candidate would be someone with a seminary degree (preferably M.Div) and gifted in leadership development and coordination. The successful candidate is expected to preach occasionally, teach Sunday schools, and coordinate and care for our leadership team. As CCFC seeks to continue to strengthen our values in ministry to the urban poor and racial reconciliation, we hope to see a strong heart and some experience in these areas. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience ministering in an urban, multicultural context. Experience in family ministry would be an asset as well.
