  1. http://hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=1851830&page=4

We just heard back from Mark Friga, the owner of FrozenCPU.com, a long time
enthusiast community supplier, and he explained to me that FrozenCPU is in
fact not going out of business as rumored earlier today. He said that
FrozenCPU is currently running a skeleton crew and to please bare with his
company while the it is ramping back up to 100% employee capacity

  2. Performance PCS doesn’t need to hike it’s prices so long as they’re the
only game in town they’ll get all the business, to gouge the customers will
only make them flee if a new company crops up to replace FrozenCPU.

I mean strategically it’s smart to keep prices where they are and force any
new competition to meet your price point rather than inflate prices now,
only to have to reduce them when a new guy comes along with better prices
and after you lose a segment of your customer base to them. Smart business
is the long game, keep giving the best prices and quality of service you
can, create loyal customers and make competition try to beat your prices
and service, rather than become a glutton that’s easily defeated.. It’s
why Radio Shack and Sears will be going bye bye, they got too big and
    thought they couldn’t be beat.

  3. Well fuck me seeing earlier today I made an order for an OCOOL XT45 120
Dual Rad. Well looks like tomorrow is going to be one hell of a day.

  4. So apparently there has been an update since this video was shot. Marc from
FrozenCPU is claiming they are running a skeleton crew while ramping back
up to 100%…. if you ask me he NEEDS to put a statement on his site. For
now, I will keep my position of “Dont order until they address what is
going on publicly on their own site” – If they want to do damage control,
they REALLY need to get an official statement on their site.

  5. Jay nows your time to take over and make a business. Review your own
products and run a crew, the modding scene is bigger than ever! Jerry can
dress up as a mascot lol

  6. why does the tags contain “zella day” and “1965”.. i just got done
listening to this song like 5 times… NSA or coincidence.. Jay, please
reply and tell me if you put that there, or someone with heartbeat(chrome
app to see the tags) tell me if they see the same please?

  7. FrozenCPU NOT Shutting Its Doors!

We just heard back from Mark Friga, the owner of FrozenCPU.com, a long time

fact not going out of business as rumored earlier today. He said that

  8. ….what the hell?

I literally just ordered an hour ago, and the payment already went through.

If I cancel will I get a refund?

Will I know anything about my order by tomorrow night?

    Like fuck

  9. Dang it, I can get most parts elsewhere but Frozen CPU had this modified
Swiftech pump that I wanted. Now I’ll probably have to do that crappy
    macgyver method Linus uses.

Any Good pumps that use G1/4 threads?

  10. hey fella..do you have any control over the ads?…..please reply back to
me..these full ads are doing my head in…please reply..thank you

  11. Nice warning. Shame to see a business like that go down. Sadly we don’t
have any store like that anywhere in the Netherlands =(

  12. +JayzTwo Cents Well, I guess it’s a good thing that Microcenter on Edinger
at least stocks a limited supply of water cooling and modding accessories.
At least if you need the Primochill tubing or the acrylic tube and with
limited fittings, you could cobble something decent looking together.

  13. TBH I’ve never bought from them and their traffic is really low compared to
bigger guys out there. Most of the people who buy water blocks, fittings,
and etc… are usually getting them from either the Manufacturer or Amazon.
I prefer my free 2 day shipping and similar prices. their website looked
older compared to what we have now, their interface was out of date, and
not as smooth or nice looking. the whole experience in general to me was
bad on frozencpu compared to other reputable dealers.

  14. Stopped there today, nobody answering the doors, nobody answering the
phones, there ARE cars in the parking lot and lights on inside the
warehouse/office though, I live about 20 minutes away.

  15. meh, their customer service was not the best. I submitted an order, forgot
an item and sent an email within an hour… this all happened during the
middle of the night. After I did not hear back by 11am so I called. They
checked and “the order is already in packaging” there is nothing we can
do… but I could place a second order for 12 eps pins and 4 dollars
    shipping…

    oh well.
